Telford International Centre
Situated in the heart of the UK, TIC's hugely accessible location offers all the benefits of a city centre, without the hustle and bustle. Sitting opposite the main venue, it features a host of restaurants, bars, hotels, and leisure facilities. Telford town centre is just a short walk away, providing further opportunities for entertainment and activities. The Centre has a very large car park and onsite parking is free for all delegates. Disabled spaces are available in Car Parks 2 & 3. Car Park 2 is situated adjacent to the accessible lift to E1 and E2.

Accommodation
If you are planning to stay for the weekend and need help with finding accommodation, then perhaps Reservation Highway can help? By partnering with them, we have been able to negotiate special rates with local hotels for delegates for the duration of the event. Click here to find out what is available and to make an online booking. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can download a printed list of available hotels and booking form. Early booking is recommended.
Caravan and Campsites
There are a number of caravan and campsites close by.
Please contact them direct to check prices and availability. Two suggestions are: Poolview Caravan Park and Severn Gorge Park
Event Catering
No refreshments are included within the cost of a ticket. Catering Outlets, including a Costa Coffee, offering tea/coffee and hot and cold food will be available throughout the day within the venue and there are plenty of places to purchase food in the town centre, a few minutes walk away. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch.
BSL Interpreters
There will be a team of BSL interpreters available for all the main celebrations throughout the weekend as well as some of the seminar sessions on the Network Day.
First Aid
First Aid will be provided by the Telford International Centre.
Out and About
Telford, named after Thomas Telford the renowned civil engineer, is home to one of the biggest town parks in the UK. This 450-acre Town Park is a 5 minute walk from the Telford International Centre and is definitely worth a visit whilst you are there.
